1. About this notice
This notice describes the current WhatsApp enquiry setup for HAJA MERAKI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED. Updated on 6 November 2026.
2. Information you provide
The form asks whether you are a buyer or supplier, your name, company, business email, optional phone number, country, enquiry type, product or service requirements, optional estimated quantity, destination and message. Do not include payment credentials, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party information in an initial enquiry.
3. How WhatsApp enquiries work
The form prepares a message in your browser. Selecting Continue in WhatsApp opens a WhatsApp link containing the completed enquiry as prefilled text. This passes the text to WhatsApp to prepare the chat; it does not automatically send a message to our team. Review or edit the text and press Send in WhatsApp to contact +91 82487 83516. Closing the chat without sending does not submit an enquiry to us. You need access to WhatsApp to use this option.
4. Use of your information
The form asks for consent to use your information to review and respond to your enquiry. Once you send the message, Mohamed Mubeen (Director) can use the information to clarify requirements and discuss a possible business relationship. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Any later sharing with a supplier or another business partner should be discussed with you before it takes place.
5. Website storage and providers
The current form does not email enquiries automatically or save them in a website lead database. The application does not write form entries to browser local storage. The prefilled WhatsApp link contains the enquiry text and may remain in browser history. WhatsApp processes use of its service under its own terms and privacy policy. Website hosting providers may process technical request records such as network addresses and browser information. The application does not include analytics or advertising cookies. Browser, hosting and WhatsApp storage practices are separate from this application.
6. Received messages and retention
The company has stated that it retains customer and business records without a fixed deletion period, including after a business relationship or transaction has ended. This includes records relating to ongoing orders, pending payments and quotations awaiting acceptance. Messages may remain in company WhatsApp chats. There is no routine or automatic 90-day deletion process. This stated practice remains subject to applicable retention and erasure requirements; it is not a promise to retain every record permanently regardless of those requirements. Deletion requests can be made using the contact details below. Within the company, only Mohamed Mubeen (Director) accesses and handles customer enquiries and business records. He is responsible for reviewing privacy requests.
7. Your choices and contact
You can edit the prefilled message or choose not to send it. For questions about information you have shared, or requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent for future enquiry handling, contact Mohamed Mubeen (Director), responsible for company data handling, at hajamerakiglobal@gmail.com or +91 82487 83516. You may also write to the Head Office: 71/194A20-B, Mathina Nagar, Kadayanallur - 627751. The company may need to confirm your identity and explain any information it must retain. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already performed.
8. Security and changes
The company intends to protect enquiry and customer information against unauthorized access or disclosure and to keep business communications confidential. Within the company, access to customer enquiries and business records is restricted to Mohamed Mubeen (Director). No website, messaging service, device or storage method can guarantee complete security or that a data leak will never occur. Avoid including sensitive information in the initial enquiry or using a shared device for confidential discussions. This notice must be reviewed if the company changes its enquiry channel, introduces email delivery, adds analytics or begins storing enquiries in a database.
